1. PLC and HMI control can realize manual and automatic control systems. The automatic control system can complete functions such as mold locking, exhaust pipe, temperature control, vulcanized rubber timing, alarm, mold ejection support, etc.; the touch screen instantly displays the temperature of each heating zone of the heating plate.
2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500 raw material, and the plunger pump is made of dense chilled aluminum alloy pig iron, which is precision polished after casting; the sealing method of the hydraulic cylinder is YX-type sealing ring.
3. A hydraulic automatic jacking iron is used on the side of the heating plate pot. Under the action of four hydraulic cylinders, the pads on both sides of the heating plate are fixed at the same time; anti-pad overlap devices are installed on both sides of the heating plate.
4. Each heating zone of the heating plate is equipped with a set of temperature adjustment valves. Under the control of PLC, it ensures that the temperature of each heating zone of the heating plate is uniform.
5. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system of famous brands from all over the world is used. Under the control of PLC, it can complete fully automatic mold closing, exhaust, mold opening and unloading.
6. Mechanical synchronization and balancing organization: There is a synchronization shaft surrounding the generator set directly below the platform, with racks on both sides of the shaft to ensure the level lift of the platform.
7. Mold clamping guide equipment: Mold clamping guide equipment is set up on both sides of the lower platform. Guide seats are installed on the frame plate and the platform. The guide seats produce processing slopes, and the distance between the slopes can be adjusted according to the jackscrew.
8. Mold ejection boosting mechanism: When the mold is ejected, the four oil cylinders built under the platform move to force the platform to pull out to avoid the phenomenon of sticking to the pan and being unable to open the mold.
